The changes coming with Projektově 2 in a nutshell.

1. What is Projektově 2?

Projektově 2 is a new application that we have worked on for more than 2 years. It is significantly clearer and easier to use. Why we built a completely new Projektově you can read in the letter from Zdeněk here. On this website you will also find a description and a preview of the biggest news and changes.

Yes.
You have one set of tasks, stored on the server. You decide which application to use. You can work in Projektově 1, switch to Projektově 2, then back to Projektově 1. Or use both applications at the same time.
When you create or edit a task in one application, the change appears immediately in the other.

Today.
More than 2000 users already use Projektově 2. Everything for managing projects and tasks is ready.
New customers already use Projektově 2 only. In 2026 we are preparing articles, webinars and free consultations to make the transition easier for you.

After signing in to Projektově 1, click your name in the top right and then Switch to Projektově 2. Or follow the help here.

You do not need to do anything. There is nothing to activate, change or modify. Projektově 2 is a new, better application that you can use. For example, test it first and only once you are confident introduce it to the rest of your colleagues.
From our side we have prepared tutorials and we are preparing webinars to guide you through the "upgrade" step by step.
As soon as you wish, just write to support and we will set Projektově 2 as your main and only application.

We know that change is not easy. Although the core of the product is not changing – Projektově is still about projects and tasks – it is still a new application. It is a change.
We primarily develop Projektově 2; Projektově 1 we maintain and slightly improve.
Projektově 1 will run until 1 October 2026. We are communicating this well in advance (5+ months) so you have peace of mind to get to know Projektově 2 at your own pace. After 1 October 2026 Projektově 1 will automatically redirect you to Projektově 2.
You can switch to Projektově 2 at any time; all data is shared between the applications. In 2026 we are here to help with the transition – free consultations, tutorials and personal support.

Not yet. However, Projektově 2 will be split into three packages by features: Standard, Advanced and Expert. Thanks to this split you will only pay for what you actually use. At the same time we can prepare better help and support for using the application. And finally, we will gain a better overview of which features to invest in during development.
We currently have and continue to develop the basic functionality – the Standard package. The price of Projektově 2 Standard corresponds to, or will even be slightly lower than, the current price of Projektově 1.
I think that if you are an existing customer, you know us as a company quite well. We are glad you are part of something new with us, and even though a new pricing policy will be set, the main thing is a shared interest – that everything makes sense both functionally and price-wise.

Nothing. Your projects, tasks, files and settings are already shared between Projektově 1 and Projektově 2 – you find everything in both applications without any migration.
On the switch-over day (1 October 2026) Projektově 1 will automatically redirect you to Projektově 2. If you want to have Projektově 2 as your main application sooner, write to us at podpora@projektove.cz and we will set it up.
Sign in to Projektově 2 today. Try it out and get familiar with it at your own pace.

Projektově 1 and Projektově 2 share the same backend. The API endpoints and security stay the same; only the domain path and the way you identify the company (tenant) in a request will change.
After 1 October 2026 you will call "app.projektove.cz/v1/..." instead of "company.projektove.cz/api/v1/...". The endpoints stay the same.
You identify the company (tenant) in one of three ways: with the query parameter "?tenant=company", with the header "X-Api-Tenant: company", or with an API key in the new format. The simplest option – in My account → Advanced settings you generate a key that contains the tenant in itself (you do not need to send it separately).
